In the Google Age, it is typical to become familiar with the specific
side of the information, and skip the rest of the context. Although it
is the most popular information among site viewers, there might be
something else you should know.
For example, living in Japan, there are very few chances to get to know
about the Third World. What if there is a link to a website of NGO when
you search about your favorite lable?
Of couse search services are there to help you to find out what you want
to know, but they could be a trigger to get to know something you didn't
even know you are better to know.
Tell us what you think. How the future of search should be like?

Another place where search seems to be poor is in the political realm. I should be able to easily figure out what my representatives stand for and how they voted and why in a simple fashion.
Thank you.
thanks for the comment.
I found Japan has own national search engine called "HINOMARU Search Engine" (Hinomaru is the icon of Japanese flag.)
I dont know how this search system controlled but I think political realm is more covered in the results from this engine. sorry I dont know the fact.
I thought american politics are more open and free, but do you still have a problem with getting the information of politics online? Im quite surprised. (if you are american tho. sorry if you are not...)
as for myself, Ive never accessed to the web for political elections.
I dont much interested, mass media is enough for that.
